How does it work?
The majority of the public lessons begin in the afternoon, around 4:30 p.m. During the courses that include wine pairing, we will welcome you with a glass of aperitivo, or in other cases, with a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages. After the instructor’s intro, it is time to cook. When everyone is done with the practical cooking part, the most enjoyable moment comes – enjoying the meals just prepared. This process repeats with every course
When the sommelier is present, you will be provided with various samples of wine, each precisely paired with the food, and with an introduction to the wines. The lesson ends with each participant receiving
a certificate, and with the opportunity to buy the ingredients and wines from the lesson.
